| From the 405 Freeway, take the 55 Freeway South
The freeway will end and become Newport Boulevard
Follow Newport Blvd over Pacific Coast Highway  on to Balboa Penninsula
Turn left on 31st Street (first left after the street light at 32nd Street)
Take the first right on Villa way.
We are located immediately on the right at 3011 Villa way (blue and white building)
